Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Contract Conclusion - 
 Booking the vacation apartment creates a binding rental agreement between the guest and the landlord.

2. Deposit and Payment - 
A deposit of EUR 300,00 of the total price is due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The balance is due at least 30 days before arrival.

3. Cancellation - 
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival incur no fee. Thereafter, the following charges apply: • 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total price • 14 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of total price • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of total price

4. Check-in and Check-out Times - 
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be by 10:00 AM. Deviations are possible by prior arrangement.

5. House Rules
 - Guests agree to follow house rules, particularly respecting quiet hours and treating the apartment and furnishings with care.

6. No Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

7. Liability - 
The landlord is not liable for damage or loss of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

8. Pets
 - Pets are allowed only with prior written approval.

9. Key Handover - 
Keys are handed over via a key safe.

10. Miscellaneous - 
If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains in effect.
